How Long Does Shipping Take?

Most US orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days via standard international shipping. Expedited options are available at checkout.

What Are the Shipping Costs?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. We offer free standard shipping on US orders over $150 CAD.

What Currency Are Your Prices In?

All prices on our site are in Canadian dollars (CAD). When you check out, the exchange rate often works in your favour as a US customer. Your credit card will automatically convert the amount to USD at the current exchange rate. Many US customers find that shopping with us is like getting an automatic discount on brands they already love.

Will I Pay Duties or Customs Fees?

Small orders from Canada to the USA typically clear US customs without additional duties, especially for orders under the de minimis threshold (currently $800 USD). What Is Your Returns Policy for US Orders?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please contact us at info@littletreasureskids.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs for US orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I Visit You in Person?

Absolutely. If you're ever visiting Vancouver, you'll find us at two Granville Island locations (Little Treasures Kids and Adventure Soles kids shoe store) and on Main Street at 29th Ave. We'd love to meet you in person.
